Spherion Recruitment Process Outsourcing Division Changes Name to SourceRight Solutions

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — August 3, 2009 — Spherion Corporation (NYSE: SFN) today announced its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division will change its name from Spherion RPO to SourceRight Solutions.

The company has chosen a new brand for its RPO division to more accurately reflect the direction of the marketplace. SourceRight Solutions will operate as a division of Spherion Corporation and will continue to provide the same market-leading recruitment services it has been offering companies for over eight years.

This new identity marks the ongoing evolution of the company’s RPO services as corporations are placing an enhanced focus on more integrated sourcing strategies. SourceRight Solutions will continue to provide a unique sourcing approach to help companies find the most qualified candidates across a comprehensive range of positions.
