MARK LEE JOINS FUTURESTEP AS U.K. RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING (RPO) LEADER

Prior to joining Futurestep, Mark served as a business leader for a major U.K. provider of consulting and outsourced services in recruitment and RPO. While there, he led the start-up of the company’s RPO and Managed Service business, serving U.K. clients with enterprise-wide multi-year RPO partnerships. The business represented a significant profit generator to the company upon reaching maturity. Prior to a career in recruitment, Lee worked as a researcher and program manager for a niche research consultancy supporting the brewing industry.
