New Role Provides Dedicated Leadership to Facilitate Continuing Growth in the Company’s RPO Business

LOS ANGELES, July 9, 2008 – Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry Company (NYSE: KFY), today announced that Dan Catlin has joined the company as Leader of U.S. RPO. In this position, he will provide leadership focusing specifically on facilitating business growth in the rapidly expanding RPO market.

After graduating with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy and serving as a naval officer in the early 1990s, Catlin amassed more than 15 years of experience in the private sector in recruiting and talent management. Notable successes include leadership roles at Talent Tree, where he achieved company-leading growth in two turnaround markets and created innovative client partnerships. Under his direction as U.S. Central Regional Vice President responsible for sales and operations in ten markets, his organization achieved more than 30% revenue growth and doubled its profitability.

In 2000, Catlin joined a large national staffing firm where he served for four years as vice president of its Chicago region. While there, he was a principal architect of recruiting solutions for several of the company’s most significant corporate clients, developed a multi-disciplinary team selling program that became a model in the company, and grew his region to more than $85 million in revenue while becoming the company’s leading profit producer. He has also worked in the nonprofit sector and owned his own recruiting and consulting business.
