RPO Buyers Group

The RPO Buyer’s Group, a special interest group of the HROA, is a buyer-only group that brings together HR practitioners to form a community of HR professionals who are responsible for their organization’s RPO thought leadership with the mission of:
- Providing RPO buyers the opportunity to network, develop, and share best practices, and build cutting-edge expertise in a collaborative environment
- Actively support the education and development of the RPO community
- Fostering the effective partnerships between providers and buyers to achieve its business goals.
This buyer-side group’s focus is to influence the RPO community’s development through the sharing of information and insight that its members gain from their experience from the RPO selection process through to managing the lifecycle of their RPO partnerships.

Collaborative RPO Initiatives
Membership includes senior HR practitioners responsible for the RPO leadership within their organizations. Their typical responsibilities vis a vis RPO would include:
- Governing their RPO partnership
- Determining their RPO’s strategic direction
- Assuming accountability for the program’s successes/challenges
- Driving change management
Membership in the RPO Buyer’s Group is open to any buyer-side person who is an HROA member in good standing that is currently involved in an RPO engagement.
