This was another incredibly close category with only 3 votes separating the top 4 nominees.  

Rosemary Collins has a lot to be proud of over the past few years and 2006 in particular.  By many standards she is one of the most broad-based sourcing advisors in HR Transformation and Outsourcing today, having worked with over 100 clients in just the past three years alone.  Her client list reads like the Fortune 500:  AIG, Alcoa, Bayer, Honeywell, Time Warner, just to name a few.  Not only has she led many multi-process HRO deals, she’s also led groundbreaking assignments in single process outsourcing, including an RPO transaction for Honeywell, a payroll transaction for Alcoa, and relocation for JC Penny and Southern California Edison.  Beyond her commercial success, she’s also led efforts to develop industry standards in taxonomy, service levels, and pricing units.  She truly has delivered EXTRAODRINARY value to our industry and for this reason she has earned the distinction of HROA Sourcing Advisor of the Year.
