Since 2005 Michelle Adelman has been at the forefront of driving standardization in HR solution development.  Back then, she must have felt like a lone voice crying out in the wilderness.  Bach then, most people, including most providers and almost all clients, were calling for custom solutions.

Proving that if you stick around long enough, eventually you’ll be right, Ms. Adelman’s vision is now coming to fruition.  Throughout our industry, throughout HR, throughout our award citations, the call for standards has grown ever louder.  Her drive, leadership, and determination have significantly contributed to the advancement of HR Transformation and for that, her peers recognize her as our HRO Provider of the Year.
