Mr. Shangold led a remarkable transformation of a traditionally staffing-oriented company, Mastech, into an impressive and up-and-coming full service RPO provider, RPO Worldwide.  Mr. Shangold has helped pioneer the use of an offshore recruiting model substantially contributing to the ability of the full service HRO companies RPO Worldwide works with to offer lower cost, more sustainable relationships.  At a time when many question the ability of HRO providers to profit and flourish in this market, Mr. Shangold is helping to drive more money to the bottom line for these companies and helping to secure the long-term viability of our industry as a result.
