LogicaCMG Wins Outsourcing Deal with Royal KPN NV

Anglo-Dutch IT services group LogicaCMG plc has signed a declaration of intent with Royal KPN NV to take over responsibility for all human resources and payroll activities for all KPN workers in the Netherlands, the company said in a press release.

Financial details were not disclosed.  The company said roughly 60 KPN employees will be transferred to LogicaCMG.

LogicaCMG said that both parties expect negotiations on the deal to wrap up by November 1 and the service is expected to be up and running from January 1.
