How to Submit Comments

The HROA invites comments on the draft standards and practices listed in the Currently Available for Public & Member Comment section above.

Anyone wishing to comment on draft standards or practices may reply by email using the process outlined below.

E-mail comments to research@hroa.org
The subject line of your message must include the name of the draft standard or practice, including the identification number of the draft standard or practice on which you are commenting. This is the number that begins "HROA".

For each comment, please refer to the paragraph number listed in the left column of the document.

If you attach a document, please use either Word or PDF formats only.

Recommended Practices

Having completed a rigorous analysis and peer review, in compliance with the HROA’s process for setting standards and practices, the HROA Standards & Practices Sub-Committee is pleased to announce it has released two recommended practices:

• Resource/Pricing Units – HROA0701
• Service Level Agreement Methodology – HROA002

Both have been designated HROA Recommended Practices™ and are now available for download and use.
