Convergys voted #1 HR BPO provider in Asia Pacific

Readers of Singapore's Human Resources magazine have voted Convergys, a global leader in providing customer care, human resources, and billing services, the HR Outsourcing Vendor of the Year.

In a survey conducted by BDM Intelligence on behalf of the magazine, HR professionals also voted Convergys the Best Outsourcing Vendor in the distribution and logistics sector and the second Best Outsourcing Vendor in the financial services sector.

One of the first companies to develop a comprehensive human resource business process outsourcing (HR BPO) service delivery model, Convergys designs, implements, and manages HR BPO solutions for all facets of the employment lifecycle: recruiting & resourcing, compensation, HR administration, payroll, benefits, performance management, learning, and business intelligence.

In 2006, Convergys expanded its HR BPO operations in Asia Pacific through three services centres located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Bangalore, India; and Dalian, China. The company recently announced a 6-year contract to provide HR BPO services to support the Asia Pacific region of the InterContinental Hotels Group. Convergys will provide HR data administration and payroll services for IHG corporate and reservations center employees in the Asia Pacific region.
