Oasis Outsourcing Holdings, Inc., the nation's largest privately-held Professional Employer Organization (PEO), has announced that it has acquired Kelly Staff Leasing from Kelly Services, Inc.

Kelly Staff Leasing has provided PEO services to its diverse client base for more than 20 years and offers a wide range of human resources, payroll processing, benefits and risk management solutions to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the United States. The acquisition includes its primary facility in San Diego, CA which houses its Operations Center, including payroll processing, customer service and human resources support personnel.

This change in ownership will allow Kelly Staff Leasing clients to continue to receive the benefits that they have come to expect from Kelly Staff Leasing, while gaining access to improved products, resources and technology tools from an acknowledged industry leader. Notable improvements to which clients and worksite employees will now have access include a web-based 24/7 payroll processing system, an expanded Employment Practices Liability Insurance policy, a broader range of medical and other benefits and Management Training Seminars on a variety of HR-related topics.

"Kelly Staff Leasing has a proven track record in the PEO industry and is particularly well-positioned to provide an increased presence for Oasis Outsourcing in key growth markets," said Mark Perlberg, President and CEO of Oasis Outsourcing. "This acquisition is consistent with our objective to strategically invest in our core business and further solidify our position as one of the nation's leading PEOs," he continued.

Kelly Staff Leasing Director of Operations, Kirk Flagg said, "We are quite fortunate to have been acquired by a company that is a leader in our industry and committed to investing for future growth. This will have extraordinarily positive implications for our clients and employees alike."
