Hewitt Associates and Löneanalyser create HR consulting capability in Nordic region

Hewitt Associates, a global human resources services company, has announced that it is merging with Löneanalyser, Sweden's leading compensation consultancy, to create Hewitt Löneanalyser AB. The new company offers Nordic region clients improved access to HR consulting and outsourcing services, as well as the most up-to-date compensation survey and analysis capabilities.
Hewitt has worked successfully with Löneanalyser in a joint venture for the last seven years, concentrating on the fields of pensions and HR consulting. Löneanalyser was founded in 1987 and currently has 45 employees.
Joakim Lundberg, managing director of Löneanalyser said:
"The Nordic region has enjoyed considerable business growth in recent years and now issues such as the new pension legislation being introduced in Sweden are providing increased consulting opportunities - many within major global organizations. Merging with Hewitt will provide the extra capability to make the most of these opportunities and open doors to many others."
