ARINSO International, a leading provider of HR Technology Consulting & Outsourcing Services, announces the acquisition of Lansdowne, a UK based developer and provider of volume recruitment services, processes and technologies. The acquisition of Lansdowne is a highly value-added extension of ARINSO's HR Outsourcing (HRO) offering, fundamentally strengthening its capacities in the field of outsourced recruitment.
Founded in 1990, Lansdowne provides innovative recruitment solutions and services, including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and call center technology to leading blue chip organizations in the United Kingdom. In 2005, revenues exceeded EUR 7 million.
Lansdowne employs over 100 staff and services organizations such as Norwich Union and Lloyds TSB with a comprehensive range of recruitment services. These services include Recruitment process design, Attraction Planning & Execution (advertising), campaign web site development, candidate response handling and assessments, screening and first interviews, Electronic Candidate Management Systems (ECMS), and the design and delivery of unique recruitment solutions.
