Daksh selects IBM to transform HR

Independent BPO service provider Daksh eServices has selected IBM to help transform its HR and finance systems through redesigning its processes and implementing global best practices.

Daksh is working with IBM Business Consulting Services to implement a People Soft Application to integrate and streamline its human resource operations across multiple business units. It also includes automating processes in areas of recruitment, training, employee data administration, compensation and performance appraisal.

IBM Business Consulting Services will also help Daksh redesign its financial processes and data flow across accounting, purchasing and billing.
