Exult, Inc., the leading provider of integrated HR Business Process Outsourcing to Global 500 companies, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Towers Perrin, one of the world's largest human resource consulting and administration firms, to provide Health & Welfare administration services as part of Exult's services to selected clients.
The relationship enables Exult to offer clients intranet and Internet access to customized and personalized health and welfare benefits. Together, Towers Perrin and Exult will deliver information and transactional capability that will help client employees and their families conveniently and easily manage their benefits programs, while enhancing the benefits service delivery provided by their company.With round-the-clock access, users will be able to enroll for benefit coverage, see their benefit confirmation statements and current coverage, and link directly to their health benefits carriers' websites.

Exult's web-enabled HR applications achieve greater efficiency by minimizing the amount of time employees spend on clerical details, reducing the contact with HR staff and customer service representatives for routine administrative issues and decreasing the costs associated with printing and mailing enrollment/benefit communication and summary plan descriptions.
