Hewitt Associates to Provide HR BPO Services to PepsiCo

Hewitt Associates, a global human resources services firm, announced today that it will provide comprehensive HR business process outsourcing (BPO) services to PepsiCo, a world leader in convenient foods and beverages. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Under a ten-year agreement, Hewitt will provide HR BPO services in the U.S. and HR application development and hosting for the U.S. plus 67 additional countries globally. HR services provided for the U.S. include workforce and benefits administration, payroll and contact center support. The HR application development and hosting will support PepsiCo's approximately 64,000 employees in the U.S., and approximately 38,000 of PepsiCo's employees in 67 countries globally."At PepsiCo, everything we do is marked by a commitment to results, superior quality, and high standards of performance, including the HR services we deliver to our employees," said Peggy Moore, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, PepsiCo. Hewitt's contract with PepsiCo signifies continued growth of the firm's HR BPO business, as it marks the eighth deal signed since its merger with Exult.
