ARINSO implements the largest SAP Payroll Project in the Netherlands As of January 2005, tens of thousands of employees of one of the world's largest financial services groups will receive their payslip through a new SAP Payroll system. This new payroll system was developed and implemented by ARINSO Netherlands within a 15 months timeframe.

ARINSO People Services is in charge of processing payroll for employees and retirees. The client also signed a three-year service contract for the maintenance and management of their payroll system.

The integration of SAP Payroll and the client's existing PeopleSoft HR System constituted an additional challenge. ARINSO's Payroll Integrator? establishes an on-line connection of PeopleSoft HR to SAP Payroll. Although it is extremely complex to simultaneously implement a new payroll engine and integrate it into an existing PeopleSoft HR front-end, ARINSO managed to deliver the project on time and within budget. After 3 months production, the client has acknowledged that the system runs flawlessly. The ARINSO Payroll Checker? has been instrumental in this success, allowing extensive testing of the payroll output.

Andy Verstelle, Managing Director ARINSO Netherlands: "ARINSO provided SAP-HR & Payroll implementation & integration services to over 650 customers worldwide. This sound experience allows us to assess the complexity of such a ambitious project and - most importantly - to complete it on time and within budget."

ARINSO will deliver the payroll services, maintenance and management from the customer premises. After 6 months an evaluation will be carried out to assess whether the operations can be transferred to the HR Service Center of ARINSO People Services.
