The HROA: A Global Association

Founded in 2003, the HROA is a global association with chapters in the Americas, Asia, and Europe.  The Association is open to anyone in the HR Outsourcing and Transformation industry anywhere in the world, including practitioners, buyers, providers, advisors, consultants, attorneys, and academics.  Members of the Association include heads of HR, heads of companies or business units providing HR services, and leading industry sourcing advisors and attorneys.  Membership benefits include exclusive access to and participation in various Special Interest Groups (SIGs), committees, research, publications, conferences and networking events, and a variety of partner discounts.

Mission
The HROA is dedicated to accelerating and improving the professional practice of HR Transformation and Outsourcing.  The Association serves as the definitive source of independent information and insight on the issues and challenges facing practitioners in this field.
