This is the inaugural year for this category and SAP has helped set the standard for future years by doing something extraordinary to win this year:  taking a leadership role in advocating for standardization across technologies to improve the end-customer's access to global Human Capital Management, integrated payroll, and talent management.  By dedicating resources to business process outsourcing and supporting its service provider peers SAP has made it possible for its end-customers to achieve new levels of return on investment from human resource outsourcing at lower risk. 

The SAP team, has gone beyond the expected for a Technology Provider and for that reason it can call itself this Year's HROA Technology Provider of the Year.
