Standards & Practices

This Standards & Practices Committee’s charter is to benefit the HR Outsourcing and Shared Services industry through establishing and administering a process for setting and maintaining industry standards and practices through collaboration of buyers, service providers and industry advisors. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Establish, administer, and moderate a process for identifying, aggregating, documenting, and approving industry standards and practices
  • Publish and maintain the approved standards and practices, updating them as market changes dictate
  • Encourage collaborative research and development into new practices
  • Develop pertinent Point-of-View papers on common practices that impact the industry
