Innospec signs five year outsourced payroll contract with MidlandHR

Nottingham, 30th October 2008 - International specialty chemicals company, Innospec, has signed a five year outsourced payroll contract with MidlandHR. The payroll and HR specialist software provider will assume responsibility of the twice-monthly payroll for Innospec's 370 strong staff across three UK locations.

Steve Kitcher, Human Resources Manager at Innospec, said: "Faced with the news that our incumbent supplier was to discontinue support for our current system after March 2009, we moved quickly to find a new partner.

"Having shortlisted three companies, we felt that the MidlandHR team had prepared thoroughly. Furthermore, they had a very flexible approach which built our confidence that the team would deliver a quality, cost efficient fully managed payroll service within our set delivery timeframe," concludes Kitcher.
