Information Services Group Launches TPI into China
TPI Expands Global Presence to Meet Increased Demand
for Sourcing Expertise from Buyers and Service Providers

STAMFORD, Conn., March 19, 2008 - Information Services Group, Inc. (ISG) (NASDAQ: III, IIIIU, IIIIW), an industry-leading, information-based services company, today announced the launch of its business unit TPI, the largest sourcing data and advisory firm in the world, into China.

The launch of TPI into China includes the launch of a new Hangzhou-based Training and Assessment Center (TAC), which advise and conduct service provider training and operational assessments; information products and advisory services that are tailored to clients' needs. This facility further strengthens TPI leadership in the sourcing data and advisory business, both globally as well as within the fast-growing Asia Pacific region.

Global 2000 organizations have grown increasingly interested in outsourcing and offshoring their business support operations to China as a means of penetrating the domestic market. At the same time, service providers have been expanding their presence in China, including multinational corporations (MNCs), tier one Indian firms as well as numerous Chinese domestic service providers, a rapidly-expanding segment of the market. As a result, not only will Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) grow, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) activity in China is expected to reach close to $3 billion by 2010.

Following the lead of TPI Momentum, which was launched last year to address the needs of the service provider community for the first time, the TAC will help providers of outsourcing services in China develop the knowledge and capabilities that global buyers of outsourcing services, its traditional clients, are asking for.
